An odd broadcast - "Numbers"

    A single powerful transmission interrupts many radio stations on the lower frequencies, yet the broadcast only lasts a few minutes. In a clear, automated feminine voice, the following is read:

    "Four, One, One, Nine, Three, Two, Two, Five, Zero, Seven, Three."

    Shortly after, an eerie tune is played, consisting of short beeps arranged in a musical fashion. The numbers would then repeat. Finally, the overpowering transmission fades away. There are no indicators of its origin or purpose, but the event would likely chill many to the bone.
